Cruise may be rescheduled at operators discretion due to waterway or weather conditions, insufficient reservations and any other unforeseen event or circumstances (reschedule or refund). We practice responsible service of alcohol. Please include all kids under 3 in the booking under infants, we cannot guarantee availability on the day for anyone not booked on. All tickets are non-refundable (subject to management discretion) non exchangeable and cannot be resold. Customers will receive a full refund or reschedule on one occasion to a different cruise time/day if a minimum of 24 hours notice is given. (Any difference in session pricing is at the customers expense and must be paid at time of rescheduling). No rescheduling within 24 hours prior to departure time. For any rescheduling in addition to this one occasion a 20% reschedule fee will be charged. Where there is a ‘no show’ without prior notification or cancellation in required time there will be no eligibility for a refund or reschedule.
