Huge shout out to ALL THE STAFF at Paradise Jet Boating. Every call I made and every enquiry was nothing but amazing service. Every boss, every sales staff, every assistant, every one was AMAZING. Every step of the way from start to finish was seriously AMAZING. The people who stood out the best were the boss lady who allowed me to re-book outside of the 24 hour time bracket due to my partners dad becoming unwell and going to hospital, thank you for this. Also Adam the boat driver, what a star!! He was totally professional, AWESOME, loveable, funny, sweet, caring and absolute fun! His commentary was awesome, we did not expect any commentary! He made the experience all the more better. Please show all the staff this day this review ok especially the boss who allowed us to re-book and Adam. Praises to them both. The experience was so so fun, we desperately needed it and to deal with such wonderful staff made it all the more great. Thanks guys! We can't recommend you enough.

Great fun Really enjoyed our jet boat ride with Adam, he was a fantastic driver and really interesting information on the Gold Coast waterways. We did the 40 minute ride and loved every minute of it. Highly recommend.

A must do activity for all the family. Wasn’t too scary - just fun! This was a fantastic fun activity and even young children were with us and loved it. We had Adam who was professional, informative and very friendly. He was a skilled captain and we had such fun with him. Adam was our driver and it was a blast! We got to do 360 spins, epic drifting, and he also told us some really funny and cool facts about different areas and buildings, it was like a combined tour + epic soaking ride in one!

The jet boat adventure was amazing. I joined with my 5-yrs and 7-yrs sons, and both of them enjoyed as much as I did. Josh was one of the best. He did so many slides and 360-degree spins whenever he could. We all had great fun during the 40 mins tour. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience we highly enjoyed the 40 minutes ride and had a lot of THRILL !.

It was cold and cloudy but they provided us with ponchos that kept us warm and dry.

The reception staff and Jet Boat Captain Josh were both considerate and informative granting my family a fun experience.

The ride is highly enjoyable and recommended . We will hopefully repeat it in our next vacation.

They take great care during the initial briefing and provide raincoats and storage for possessions. All of my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were cold and wet, but still wanting more by the end. All the staff were very friendly.

On the bookings side, I think they need a little work. My booking time was flip flopped around between sessions on the day a few times due to various reasons.

Josh, Dean and Adam were great from start to end! The kids had an absolute blast and came back raving about the awesome experience. Lots of adrenaline and fast paced actions. Probably not for the faint hearted. A birthday gift well enjoyed by a 14yr old.

Paradise Jet Boaring is a great experience to have in Gold Coast and Sufers Paradise. It feels like I'm a Gold Coast(Sufers Paradise)resident as I saw everthing in there. Not to mention Josh, the best driver who explains the great spots there and cares passengers thoroughly. Highly recommended! :)

wasted 4 tickets no refund Lady at support was very rude.we bought four tickets all wasted..Because of Good friday traffic we were late by 2 minutes.we called them that and told we will arrive late just 2 minutes (instead of 3pm we arrived 3:02) when we reached there we saw bus going in front of our eyes ,but that staff lady didn’t tried anything to stop them..very rude.

I am a support worker and attended a Jet Boat Tour with my participant. Dean transferred us by small bus to and from the jet boat location which was so convenient and stress free. Dean was very friendly and made great effort to engage with both of us. Josh was our skipper was very informative throughout the tour and most importantly made it super fun! What a ride! If you’re looking for thrills, laughs, and a bit of a splash, Paradise Jet Boats Gold Coast is where it’s at, and let me tell you — the front row was in for it. From the moment we hopped on, we knew we were in for a wild adventure, but nothing could have prepared us for what was about to go down.
Our captain, George, was absolutely top-notch. He was a master of the waters, smoothly navigating the boat through wild turns, spins, and jaw-dropping 360° spins that had everyone on board holding on tight. And, of course, the adrenaline rush was only half the fun — the other half was watching the brave tourists in the front row, who didn’t quite realize they were signing up for a water ride that would test their stomachs in the most spectacular way.
Let’s just say, the front row quickly became the splash zone, as one brave soul after another tried, and failed, to keep their lunch down. I’m not sure if it was the roaring engine, the massive waves, or the twisty spins, but the view from the back was pure comedy gold as the front row’s expressions went from excited to… “Uh oh!”
But let’s not forget the scenery — the Gold Coast’s stunning coastline looks even better from a boat that’s flipping, spinning, and speeding through the water like a rocket.
All in all, this jet boat experience was the highlight of our day. George made sure everyone was safe, had a blast, and kept the energy high. If you're after a heart-pounding, water-splashing thrill, Paradise Jet Boating Gold Coast is an absolute must. Pro tip: if you’re feeling brave, snag the front row – just maybe leave your lunch at the dock!

Fun!! We had so much fun. Josh was an excellent driver, he made it really brilliant, while at the same time making sure everyone was ok as we went. Stopped a few times to tell us about the surrounding area/info. Highly recommend anyone doing this tour and we’re both scared of rides but this was not scary at all. Would love to go back and do it again.

We recently went on a jet boat ride on a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon and had an absolute blast! The driver, Josh, was fantastic, incredibly entertaining and made the ride both exhilarating and enjoyable. The adrenaline-pumping spins and high-speed manoeuvres were thrilling, and we got to see so much on the Broadwater. Liam checked us in and took some fantastic pictures that captured the fun we were having. Overall, it was an amazing adventure, and we highly recommend it!

visited the Paradise Jet Boat crew on a Saturday morning. We booked and payed in town and then self drove up to the site which is about 60 minutes out of Brisbane although there is a bus which will take you there and drop you back from town if preferred.

Once at the site, we checked in, then waited for the time of our boat ride.

The staff were very friendly and gave us the protective cape and buoyancy aid to wear before we got on the boat.

Once on the water, the ride was amazing, we went up and down the water ways a couple of times. Our driver Josh was very proficient in handling the boat and also gave us some good information on the area and the waterway itself. Overall a very enjoyable experience, I would recommend it to anyone although if you have bad back, neck or are pregnant, probably best to give it a miss as you take a bumps as the boat slams into the water.

Brisbanite An action packed, exciting and enjoyable experience. The jet boat skipper was very competent, friendly and informative. At different locations the skipper stopped the boat to show the passengers various places of interest with a knowledgeable, enlightening, and funny commentary on these locations. Be prepared to get wet from various maneuvers that are meant to make this happen, adds to the fun. Take some dry clothes. Overall, an excellent adventure. Have a go, it's worth it.

Totally overlooked the SMS to inform the change of meeting point. Fortunately, the staff called to check 15 mins before as we were lost when we could not locate any one. The ride is fun and wet. Got a surprise to catch dolphins too.

Awesome experience. My kids had a lot of fun. Only regret is that we couldn't capture these moments on camera. I was waiting that the staff would take pictures or video and sell it to us. But no such information was shared. However, experience was wonderful. Best moments aren't the the ones which are captured. ????

Was a great experience considering the drama for this poor company has been through, book with them their customer service and experience is still great. Went with them on our sons 18th birthday 8yrs ago, just get ready to get wet don't expect to get of the boat dry. Awesome! Here from Sydney for a family holiday and wanted my 9 year old to experience a jet boat ride. My husband and I had been on them in NZ. My son loved it. Braydon communicated well and made sure we were all ok throughout the ride. He was funny, enthusiastic and a bit cheeky! He did more 360 degree turns than expected which was great. The water was choppy but Braydon’s driving skills were awesome.
The lady that greeted us was friendly and professional too. Thank you for a thrilling 30 minutes!

The team were absolutely amazing! My family and I (as well as some other customers) were running late due to heavy traffic caused by an event in the area but the team contacted us as they thought this may be the case and were able to accommodate this. The experience and the staff were incredible. Amazing ride and amazing views.

We took our 2 youngest grandsons this year on a adventure for their Birthday instead of a gift. They had an absolute blast today on the Jet Boat. We had an absolutely incredible experience with Paradise Jet boating! The jet boat ride was a thrilling adventure suitable for all ages. The speed, spins, and refreshing splashes added just the right amount of excitement without being too intense – it was pure fun!

But what truly set this experience apart was the friendly and knowledgeable staff, massive shout out to Brayden. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and ensured we had a safe and enjoyable ride. Their enthusiasm and passion for what they do were evident, and it added so much to the overall enjoyment of the tour.

Speaking of the tour, it was fantastic. Not only did we get a taste of excitement, but we also got to soak in the breathtaking scenery million dollar mansions and learn about the area's history and wildlife.

For a family of 4 it was very reasonably priced. Finding them on the day was easy and they were very friendly and welcoming. The ride itself was epic, I was nervous but it was actually insanely fun. Braydon was our driver and he was so professional and funny!
Didn’t get as wet as expected and it wasn’t as rough as I was expecting either. Just an all round great experience that the kids already want to do again!

My husband and I have previously done a Jet Boating experience (pre children), but decided to do this one with our kids aged 10 and 13. We all absolutely loved it and would be happy to do it again.
We chose the 35km option and the balance of tricks/speed and local knowledge/sightseeing was amazing and very informative.
The care that Josh, the driver took in regularly checking in to make sure that everyone was safe and happy, was reassuring and appreciated. Of course, everyone was having so much fun and was excited to continue.
Be prepared to get wet though.
Worthwhile experience and a must do if on the Gold Coast.

Well what can I say, it was the amazing experience I have ever done. I took my husband and a couple of friends for my husbands birthday present. The 4 of us has the best time ever and can’t fault the experience. The staff are very welcoming and Brandon the driver of the boat did the most amazing job. Brandon not only just drives the boat but during the 30 minute experience he checks regularly on the passengers for safety. Brandon also pull up in certain places and tells you about a few things as if he was a tour guide. To me I’d recommend Paradise Jet Boating to anyone in the future wanting to try the experience. We had an absolute blast with the crew at Paradise Jet Boating. Callie was so accommodating considering we impulsively decided to go on the boat and we only had to wait 10 minutes till our trip. She was so kind and has an amazing personality. Our driver was Josh who helped us have such fun on the boat, it was nothing like what we thought it was going to be, it was so fun! He was an absolute legend. Our trip went in two boats and the other driver was Macca, everyone was having so much fun!
