Thank you for booking your Rockfish I – Gold Coast Private Charter. Below is a summary of your booking, payment requirements, and key information to help you prepare for your upcoming time on the water. Please read carefully and share this information with your group.

YOUR VESSEL – ROCKFISH I

Rockfish I is a Seawind Resort Sailing Catamaran designed for private charters on the Gold Coast. With spacious bow nets, rooftop sunbathing space, and a large undercover cabin area, it’s ideal for relaxed cruising, swimming stops, and social groups. Rockfish operates year-round, including Public Holidays.

PAYMENT STATUS & NEXT STEPS

If you have paid in full:
Our team will be in touch prior to your charter to share your skipper and crew contact details and to reconfirm your collection time and wharf pickup location.

If you have paid a deposit only:
Your final payment is due 14 days prior to your charter date. Failure to make payment by this time will result in automatic cancellation of your booking by our booking system, with the deposit forfeited in accordance with our Booking Terms & Conditions.

You will receive an automated payment reminder approximately 3 weeks prior to your charter, including a secure payment link. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not seen this email.

If you would like to pay sooner, have misplaced your payment link, or require assistance, please contact our team.

Tentative bookings:
Tentative bookings are held for 72 hours only. A 50% deposit is required within this time to secure your charter. If the deposit is not received, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

CHARTER DETAILS & INCLUSIONS

• Private charter with experienced skipper and deckhand
• 4-hour private charter (maximum 3 hours for Bucks parties)
• One pickup and one dropoff
• BYO food, drinks, and ice (BBQ packages available at per-person rates)
• Swimming stops typically at Wave Break Island or a sheltered location (conditions dependent)

CATAMARAN FEATURES

• Bluetooth & AUX sound system
• Gas BBQ
• Two eskies (ice not included unless part of a catering package)
• Front seating and bow nets
• Interior undercover seating
• One bathroom onboard

VESSEL CAPACITY (STRICT)

Maximum capacity is 30 guests, including children. This limit is strictly enforced. Additional guests cannot be accommodated and will be denied boarding. Charters may be cancelled without refund if capacity limits are exceeded.

PICKUP & DROPOFF

Please refer to your booking confirmation for your confirmed pickup and dropoff location. You must be at the pickup point at least 15 minutes prior to departure to prepare for boarding. Public wharf access on the Gold Coast is managed by local authorities and short pickup windows apply. Our crew must adhere to these limits and cannot wait for late arrivals.

All guests must read and accept the Rockfish – Conditions of Boarding, Safety Disclaimer & Waiver as a condition of boarding.

Guests will acknowledge and sign the waiver once on board. The Lead Hirer is responsible for sharing this waiver with all guests prior to the charter date.
